Once you make initial contact, one of our wedding coordinators will reach out to you via email. We first need to know the wedding date, so we can check availability.
After we confirm your date is available then we will need to know all the specific services you need, and service location. If you have a early morning complete time this should be mentioned. Then we can offer you a quote.
After you review the quote, you have the option to request to proceed with booking your wedding date. A wedding coordinate will send you the bridal booking contract, and the retainer invoice. The retainer is 50% of the grand total. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the wedding date.
Once the completed contract, and paid retainer invoice is received then a confirmation email will be sent to confirm you are reserved on our wedding calendar.
The bridal booking contract, and retainer invoice are voided after 7 days if not completed, and no reservation will be held.
The confirmation email will include detailed follow up instructions to help us prepare for your wedding day beauty services, and tentative wedding timeline.
Not everyone needs a bridal trial. We have been providing wedding hair and makeup for over a decade, so trials are more for self peace of mind.
If you are creating a unique look, or have skin issues, or undecisive about your bridal look then we highly recommend you schedule one prior to your wedding day.
Most of our contracted brides do not schedule a bridal trial prior to their wedding date. Mainly due to the inconvenience to the bride making the time for one. Most parties trust our body of wedding work. Our social media sites are filled with wedding hair and makeup finishes.
Our makeup artists are professional and will provide a thorough makeup consultation prior to application on the wedding day. The makeup artist will consistently check with you during the process to ensure you are happy with the application. We understand the importance of perfection.
All makeup application come with or without lashes. We offer demi wispy lashes, babies lashes, trio lashes, or individual lashes.
At an additional cost you can upgrade to MAC lashes. Please ask your makeup artist at the time of services about this option.
Airbrush makeup is a foundation that is applied with a airbrush gun. The coverage feels weightless. The product can be buildable in layers for full coverage
Airbrush makeup is best for hot, summer weddings. We recommend airbrush makeup to anyone desiring a natural, light finish. Airbrush makeup looks best on freshly waxed, hydrated skin.
We do not recommend airbrush makeup to anyone with textured, mature or dehydrated skin.

Yes we do! Many brides like to enhance their bridal hair with clip in hair extensions. Hair Extensions can help make your hair vision come to life, and make your professional photos perfection.
If you are new to hair extensions we recommend you color match the clip in hair to the ends of your natural hair color. It is also important to purchase only 100% human hair. Mix blended hair maybe heat resistant, or tangle easily.
If you have color treated hair then match the extensions to your final hair color. Your hair stylist can be a big help in matching the color finish for both.
On your wedding day, the clip in hair extensions should arrive with you clean, and air dry. Do not flat iron the hair.
If any guest services include clip in hair extension, please ask them to prep their extensions as well.
Please inform the wedding coordinator of how many services will include clip in hair extensions since the time frame will need to be adjusted slightly.
Clip-in hair extensions are also available for rent from our Flagstaff Salon location. Please ask a wedding coordinator about them if you are interested in a rental agreement.
Yes. We customize the quote to your service needs. We only ask you to specifically state the beauty services you need in order for our wedding coordinator to offer you an accurate quote.
The wedding coordinator will confirm if this is possible based off the entire day’s schedule. We try to accommodate all additional service requests. If we are able to add beauty services, a new quote will be submitted to you. Then your wedding day timeline will be adjusted, and your final invoice will include additional service charges.
For day of beauty service requests, we will first check with the bride to see if she will allow additional add-ons since this may affect the beauty service complete time. If the bride approves the service request, then the wedding coordinator will take payment prior to any services started.
Traditional makeup is high definition cream foundations. We recommend traditional makeup for anyone with textured skin, mature skin, or makeup glam looks.

Yes we do. Sunrise wedding can be tricky since beauty services are scheduled based off when the sunrises. Getting glam, dressed, and leaving on time to get you (everybody) to your destination point before the sunrises takes impeccable timing. The beauty timeline can shift dramatically from the original agreed beauty start time.
We make every effort in these situations to be flexible, but it may come at an additional cost, and accommodate provided by you.
Our goal is to first keep our staff safe. Out of harms way so our artists can remain focus on doing their best job on location.
Any requested changes made of the beauty timeline will need to be discussed with a wedding coordinator, and any additional compensation must be paid prior to any timeline changes.
